We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in product or price descriptions, or errors in your order.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will send you an email confirmation when your order is accepted.

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and cash on delivery for local orders in the Tamra area and surrounding regions.

All financial information is processed securely through certified payment gateways. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

We offer free shipping for orders over ₪300 within Israel. For orders below this amount, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days for addresses within Israel. We will do our best to meet these timelines but are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

Sale items or special products (such as custom orders) are not returnable unless they are defective.
